So they gathered them and filled twelve baskets with the pieces of the five loaves left over by those who had eaten. John 6 : 13

Rather than trying to do things worthy of God, then offering them to God, Jesus taught that simply bring whatever you had to God – first and foremost – and let Him work from there.
